"I trusted on Cars24 as it is mentioned that all your cars undergo 140 quality checks and refurbished by experts but it appears that it all is fake commitments. It is raining just after 8 days of purchasing car and found that rain water is leaking from front windshield very heavily. Not sure how come this simple issue couldn't be caught at while doing these 124 checks by Cars24 experts. I immediately report this issue to my contacts at Cars24 and got a response that this issue doesn't come under their warranty. This is really embarrassing situation for me in front of my known sitting with me in the car. I am finding myself cheated. I spend 6 Lakh to purchase this faulty second hand car. I wish that I might not get any other such hidden surprises any longer. This is really a very bad experience. 😞"
